Pastor Johnny Willis was saved and gloriously filled with the Holy Spirit at the age of seven. The biggest part of his ministry of thirty-seven years has been spent serving with The Church of God of Cleveland, Tennessee. During his pastorate with the Church of God he was elected by his peers to serve on every board on the state level as well as chairing many committees for the state of North Georgia Church of God.

Pastor Johnny along with his beautiful wife of 35 years, Debra, have pioneered five churches which have all flourished and are strong ministries in their respected communities to this day. In February of 2006 they felt that God was changing they're call in the ministry. In response to this they resigned from their pastorate and joined the team at Angel Food Ministries.

It was during this sabbatical that Pastor Johnny finished off his degree and graduated in December of 2006 with his Doctorate in Theology at Life Springs Bible College. While Pastor Johnny is no longer serving as Senior Pastor of a local church he feels he's reaching a far greater community as Staff Pastor/Human Resource Director to all of the employee's of Emmanuel Praise Church/Angel Food Ministries. It is his greatest desire to teach others their true rights as spirit-filled believers and help them mature into people of destiny. One of Pastor Johnny's favorite statements that he often uses is “Fire exists by Burning!” His goal is to help others get the fire, or if they have lost it help them rekindle the fire and regain their place in the Lord.
