VISION:

The nursery ministry at Emmanuel Praise Church provides a safe, clean environment in which our little ones are made aware of the love of God for them as we meet both their spiritual and physical needs. This ministry is not viewed as a time of “baby-sitting”, but a time to minister to each child through prayer and teaching. We believe, as we start a child's training process from birth, they will grow quickly in the knowledge of God, as their spirits are open and very sensitive to the Holy Spirit. We believe that God's Word is a seed, and it is our duty to plant that seed into their hearts so, “ when they are old, they will not depart from it”. Proverbs 22:6

STRUCTURE:

Our Nursery is divided into three rooms; infants (birth to walkers), toddlers (walkers to 3 years old) and pre-school (3-5 years old). Each room has a time of prayer, praise and worship, teaching, snacks, and playtime. The infant room focuses on one-on-one ministry through song, scriptures, and individual interaction. The toddler room uses teaching curriculum with engaging Bible stories and action songs that are tailored to their specific age group. The pre-school class uses curriculum, which is a highly interactive curriculum of Bible lessons, memory verses, coloring sheets, and monthly crafts.
